What stays on
Tick a setting to hold it on for everyone, then save. Anything unticked stays each person’s own choice. Nothing here can turn a setting off — a lock only ever keeps protection on.
A browser applies a lock once its copy of Guard4AI knows about that setting. Chrome updates extensions quietly in the background, so a browser running an older copy keeps its own choice for that setting until the update reaches it. It is never left half-protected, and nothing you tick here can go wrong on it.
